Left Handed Parents Finally Get Some Love! 😂✍🏽

A huge shoutout to the amazing care team at KinderCare Oswego, and especially Miss Ashlee, the Assistant Director!

What started as a simple joke turned into one of those small moments that makes you realize how much the people caring for your kids actually pay attention.

I’m left handed, and the sign in book was giving me the ultimate left handed struggle. 😂 Every time I signed in, I was getting ink all over my hand. I made a joke about it and mentioned how difficult it was, not really expecting anything to come from it.

Well… Miss Ashlee heard me.

She took the time to create a front and back sign in setup specifically for our kids’ section so this left handed parent could finally sign in without looking like I had just fingerprinted a crime scene. 😂😂

It honestly made me laugh and smile at the same time.

That small gesture says a LOT about the kind of people we have caring for our children. It’s not just about childcare. It’s about parent involvement, listening, communication, and making sure everyone feels heard and valued.

When someone takes something as small as a joke and turns it into a thoughtful solution, you know they genuinely care.

So, the least I can do is give credit where credit is due. We absolutely appreciate our KinderCare team, and Miss Ashlee is definitely one of the MVPs! 🙌🏽

West Oswego KinderCare has been such a blessing for our family! My niece attends this school, and she absolutely loves it. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing, creating a warm and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child, and their dedication shows in the way they engage with the kids and make learning fun. It's never easy no matter what age to drop your child off at daycare for the first time. You wonder if they will make friends, learn, play and just have fun. We had visited other daycares in the area before deciding on this KinderCare. Almost a year in and we are very happy with our decision. Our little one's teachers greet him every morning with a smile and encourage him to learn, explore and make friends. We receive multiple updates with photos throughout the day to hear what he's up to. The director and teachers are easy to reach out to and listen to any concerns or questions we might have. We highly recommend checking out this location for your daycare needs.

We've been going here for 2 years, and we love it. Every picture I get shows my kids smiling and having a great time. The staff very clearly enjoy what they do and love to talk to me about my kids. They are extremely helpful, even in challenging situations. We have seen little teacher turnover, which is encouraging, and it's been fun to see my baby start to interact with the teachers my toddler once had. My toddler has truly learned so much, in large part due to the curriculum. The Director and Assistant Director show genuine care for my family, and even threw a little going away celebration for my husband when he was deploying. Overall, we are very happy with our experience.
