Instant Dri quoted us 3-5 days for mold remediation and encapsulation of crawlspace. Started the 11th and it's the 29th & it's not finished. They left a week ago and never came back and don't return our calls. We got another mold company to come inspect today and they found mold in the crawlspace, the door area was not sealed. They put an ozone generator in our upstairs living area and ran it over night while we were gone. We came back next day and it was so strong we had to air it out every window for two days and sleep in our garage. Owners brother who used to own company came out and talked to wife on phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked to supply their license the brother go very indignant and ended the call abruptly. So we paid 4000.00 and they just ignored our calls. No clue how their lifetime warranty could be used when they don't return calls unless it's for new business.
