We bought a brand new 36 inch convection range (3 months old) from Lowes and the oven stopped working. The manufacturer (Duro/NXR) refused to honor the 2 yr warranty and Lowes couldn't assist either. With the holidays approaching, we decided to fork out the expenses of fixing it ourselves.

Unfortunately the appliance repair companies i called couldn't commit to fixing it because of availability of the needed parts.

Mr Appliance, however, advised not only could they fix it, they could do it in a couple of days!

Veda, our service technician, arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and advised of the cost. He was able to come out the next day with the part and we were up and running within 20 minutes. The experience was fantastic, he was polite and he resolved our issue fast.

Highly recommend Mr Appliance and you are lucky to get Veda as your service technician!

Scheduled online, was given a day, & I asked for the last appointment at the end of the day. Received a confirmation the day prior that someone would be there between 2:15p-4:15p. Day of appointment, received a text @ 1:06p that the tech was on his way. I work an hour away & was in route so I immediately called and was told the tech had already put a note in that they came by my house, no one was home, & they left. I explained my appointment window was 2:15p-4:15p and I would be there at 2p. Was told the tech has a tight schedule & could not be there at the time they scheduled me. When asked about scheduling for another day, I declined and said I will probably go with another company to which he said "I understand." Wrote this review during my scheduled appointment time since I took off work for this.

Andy from Mr. Appliance was simply wonderful. Although he wasn't able to fix the issue itself, he took the time to clearly explain why and walked us through our best options going forward. He didn't even charge us for his visit and was incredibly gracious with his time and advice. He gave me a way to contact him in the future and you bet I will! Highly recommend!

I called Mr Appliance and they were able to get me a same day appointment. Veda, the technician texted twice to let me know he was on his way and arrived as stated. He was very courteous and determined to figure out my issue. He explained everything to me and was able to diagnose and get the part ordered quickly! I highly recommend!

This is the first time I’ve used Mr Appliance. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. They were able to come out quickly, identify the issue and fix it. I thought the pricing was reasonable and fair. Andrew was really wonderful, did a great job of explaining what the issue was, why it had occurred and my options. Everything was very clean when he left. I absolutely would use Mr Appliance again!
