Bank is good and less crowded than nearby TD and CIBC. But when it comes to dealing with complex inquiries like VISA Card or Account Closure, the front desk staff is incompetent. Event Personal Bankers are not available for walkin appointments / meetings. It takes 1-4 days to speak with someone who knows stuff.
Good for someone who just needs a bank account not any value added services.
