Hours are not long enough. The staff are nice but Scotiabank needs a big update. The basic banking account fee at Scotiabank is $7.95, Canada Trust is only $3.95... big difference. Hours need to be extended 8am-8pm Monday - friday and 8am-6pm Saturdays, Sundays closed. It is 2013,there has not been an update in years.

This is the worst bank i have ever seen!!! be prepared to wait an hour or so as at any given time they have 10 people working and only 2 serving customers. If any other business treated their customers this way they would be out of business. Replace the manager as he seems to think it is more important to chit chat to frustrated customers waiting in line, than to have more tellers serving them, or god forbid he actually serve some people himself.

this is the WORST bank in the city maybe even the country. on any given day expect to wait 20-30 minutes.there will be 8 people "working" and only one serving customers. Meanwhile the bank manager will greet you and crack jokes about the length of the line. Heres an idea"get behind the counter and start serving people!!!!".....in any other business this level of customer service would be completely unacceptable.
