The double floating staircases were the pinnacle of our home renovation. These stairs were meant for this modern home designed by prominent architect Max Smith built 35 years ago. Every time I walk up and down I appreciate all of the efforts made by Titan stairs. If any problem arose, Jeremy put a a priority to resolve it. We are so happy with the final product and installation! We have referred Titan to many who have been interested in having floating stairs after seeing ours in our home.

Working with Jeremy and his crew with our staircase was a great experience. It was a complicated installation and they pulled off a successful project. When there were issues to resolve, Jeremy gave his utmost attention in resolving them! Thanks Titan Team!

Final update: I am so thrilled to have the railing finally done. Once Jeremy (owner) was aware of the issue he did everything in his power to make things right. Thank you to Jeremy and Alfredo. I am happy the company is in a much better situation now.

Update: I’m working with Jeremy to resolve our past issues with a previous general manager. I’ll be thrilled if we can get the railing all finished. Jeremy acknowledged the previous issues and didn’t try to hide the facts. Given this communication I’ve. Upgraded to four stars and will upgrade again when there is a good resolution.

Original review: The communication with this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We had to call over and over to get them to come out. The actual workers were good but the office was a nightmare. Appointments were frequently missed with no communication. They took down our railings and left us with nothing in its place for six weeks even though we expressed concern having 4 little kids. The part of the railing they finished, after lots of cajoling, looks good but they left a whole section unfinished (no handrail on one side as in the picture) and ghosted us. It’s been a couple of years since this experience and I came to see if this company survived given how dysfunctional they were and to my surprise they are still around.

We wanted a very professional, clean design for our walk-out basement stairs. After doing a lot of research, we chose Titan Stairs and I am very happy that we did. I sent them some samples of ideas that I had seen online and they came, measured, built, and installed some stairs and railings that exceeded our expectations. The railings look great and the stairs are solid. Titan was responsive and clear in their communication and we were never confused as to where we stood or what was happening next. Highly recommended.
