This is a great workout! All the instructors are amazing and helpful. The class is def challenging but goes by quickly. Every class is a little different than the one before. As you get better at swinging that bag you gain confidence and it gets more fun. I'm ALWAYS sore the next day. It's a nice change from my usual cardio classes and this is by far my favorite strength training workout. The hours are great, morning and evening classes are available. Always clean, and cool.

Ilovekickboxing is the best work out i have ever done. I have never had this much fun working out. I just started and im so excited to see what my results will be down the line. They staff is awesome and very energetic and helpful. I'll be here for the long haul!!!
