I would like to take a moment and complement Terry and Travis in the Radio Shack/ Sprint store. I have had an absolute horrible experience with Sprint's 800 numbers and other surrounding Spokane Sprint stores. I am a new customer and was about to take on all the charges that Sprint would fine me for leaving them until Terry and Travis helped me. They have been professional and have gone out of their way to help me. I would recommend them to anyone who is a Sprint Customer i want to thank both of you! Jennifer/ Spokane Wa.
