This Lexus dealership exceeds above all. We had a fantastic experience with the entire team when purchasing our vehicle.
From beginning to end, we found the purchasing exercise to be painless, smooth and efficient. We would like to specifically mention Angelo Montoni, the General Sales Manager, as he was instrumental in helping us to purchase our vehicle. We found Angelo to be informative, responsive, courteous and very professional. We would not hesitate to send our friends, family and colleagues to speak to Angelo directly or to Northwest Lexus generally for purposes of buying a vehicle.
In fact, we were so impressed by your team at Northwest Lexus that we will be servicing our new vehicle there notwithstanding the distance (we live in mid-town Toronto).
We also had the pleasure of speaking with your services manager, Kent Gerhardt, who was very helpful in assisting us to decide to install a remote starter in our new vehicle. We would be remiss if we did not mention that Kadeen Moore was incredibly patient and friendly in describing many of the features of our new car upon delivery.
You have a tremendous team at Northwest Lexus, and we are firm believers that terrific work and commitment should be recognized. Each of Angelo, Kent and Kadeen are invaluable assets of your Northwest Lexus team.

The dealership of course provides all the frills and smiles when you're signing up to purchase a car, but when it comes to service during the life of your lease, there is absolutely no help. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values customer care and satisfaction after the purchase of a car.
