Would highly recommend. As a first time home buyer, Jonathan was professional, punctual, and took away the stress of purchasing a home. Upon our arrival he met us with a bright smile and firm handshake We spoke afterwards and went through the inspection together where he encouraged questions and explained things very thoroughly. In addition to the inspection report he sent to us was completed quickly and very detailed, it covered the house top to bottom. I will be recommending East Coast Inspection Ltd. to anyone looking for a skilled inspector.
