I could not come up with one thing that was executed less than perfectly – the room looked beautiful, the staff was exemplary (Salman was incredible, responsive, so helpful), had so many comments about the food stations and the variety available, the ornaments were a beautiful touch…I could go on and on. My fiancé and I had our engagement party this past weekend at Liuna Gardens and it was a magical experience ! Robert, Sol and Mary took care of us in every way possible and made this experience for us as well as are guests a memorable one ! The guests loved the food and no one went hungry , the bartender was a younger gentleman and he interacted with our guests and was very personable! As per usual LIUNA outdid themselves and our event at the Gardens on Saturday was phenomenal. The staff was incredible-kind gracious and extremely polite. The food was fantastic and many guests by the end of the night were stating - "BEST PARTY EVER!"

This venue is stunning but the customer service is awful & embarrassing!
Everything was "yes sweetheart" leading up to our big day, but when we voiced our concerns, we were extremely disappointed with Robert, Salman & the Board of Directors at Liuna Gardens.
Our wedding day & the weeks & months that followed were beyond frustrating. Robert completely agreed with our complaints, but he did nothing! He led us to believe they were going to compensate us a small portion for underdelivering but instead made us wait 4mths to offer us almost nothing. They blame each other & only took ownership for 1 of the 20 complaints; the bartender's unprofessional behaviour. She was negative, rude to our guests & refused to make our feature drinks! Liuna took NO ownership for the absence of our coordinator, the disgusting washrooms, awful vegetarian meals & for breaking our contract by turning on the lights early because 1 guest got too tipsy. Not to mention we had a verbal agreement to serve alcohol until 1:30am, which was not honored the night of!
We chose Liuna Gardens despite the higher price tag per plate, expecting great service & food, but they definitely fell short on their promises!
Be careful, they'll say "Yes" to whatever you want, but not put it in writing & then hide behind their contract on your big day. Liuna Gardens management is unprofessional & lacks integrity. We gave them our feedback along with a second chance to redeem themselves and they still didn't care, because they already had our money.

To Start off I have never done a review in my life which shows you just how much I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we did on our wedding day. On our wedding day the waiter dropped lasagna all down my wedding dress and the grooms suit. Yes Red lasagna all over my white dress. To which her response was OPPS!!! To which we had to do our first dance father daughter dance sunset photos and the rest of the night covered in lasagna. They didn't do anything for us that night......I thought at the very less they could do was pay for the dry cleaning bill. Which is expensive for a wedding dress and suit. After 6 months they agreed to give us $300 which didn't even cover the dry cleaning bill. Would hate to see this happen to any other bride out there on one of their biggest days of there life!! Robert wouldn't responded to emails and phone calls for weeks in between me calling.

We got married Sept 12 2015. We had both our ceremony and reception at Liuna Gardens. We had a hand full of issues with the location both the day before and the day of. Now, although they were resolved, it was not done so properly. So naturally we put in a complaint to the general manager, Robert Vesca, who had also organized everything. He insured us that he would look into it and take care it. Now, almost 5 months later, nothing has been done and he is ignoring us in all forms of contact. We have called and left messages with Mary at the front desk, we have called his office number and left messages and we have even emailed him. All a multitude of times. He has not answered us since the end of November. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. We ourselves our in customer service and this is no way to treat your guests. Wedding are not cheap, especially not Liuna Gardens. The main issue we had was having to set everything up ourselves bc it was done wrong due to misleading floor plans and bc the staff was too lazy to set up for 2 different ceremonies. What I mean by this is that our ceremony was set up for 200+ people which was the wedding after us. Do you know how ridiculous it looks having a ceremony with less than 100 people with that many chairs? We in no way got what we paid for and I would advise brides and grooms to not book here, unless you want to pay a load of money to do it yourself. And if you do and have an issue, good luck because there is absolutely no customer service and even the genreal manager Robert Vesca will ignore you in hopes you give up. If I had an option to do zero stars, I would.

Every course was hot and very good. The presentation of each course was impeccable. Many of our guests commented on how much food we had and how good it tasted. From the bar staff to the wait staff all were friendly, courteous and very professional. I was very impressed with Jonathan, he was fabulous.Everything went off without a problem. The weather held up so it was a gorgeous day for our daughter. Been to a few weddings, Christmas parties and Valentines Dance - all were great!!

The food was absolutely delicious, everyone commented on how amazing it was and that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. We couldn't have been happier with Jonathan as our coordinator - he was on top of everything and the staff serves us seamlessly from food servers to bartender on every aspect possible. Once again, we were absolutely thrilled with how Jonathan coordinated the entire day, he was on top of everything and did an absolute excellent job with tremendous finesse. My daughter searched wedding venues with her dreams in mind. Then we came to a wedding in July 2012 and knew we'd made the right choice. Our family and friends had a truly great time. We had lots of positive comments. People were very impressed with the entire venue.
