First of all, if you are operating a business specializing in barbecues, it would make sense to be open on Sundays.

The store is large and well stocked. I spent about ten minutes walking around looking for staff and finally went to the back of the store and found someone. I asked some very basic questions and found the staff to be very apathetic and uninterested in my requests. I was met with a barrage of "I'm not sure...", "I don't know..." and "maybe home depot..." responses.

I ended up at Home Depot. Received great service, advice and far better pricing for the identical equipment. Furthermore, the Barbecue Country people offered to examine my hot dog cart for their hourly labour rate which was ridiculous.

Nice concept...poor execution.
