I didn't need storage space, but had to locate a moving van at the last moment a few weeks ago. My Storage had a brand new panel van at a great price. Amazing counter staff when I picked it up and dropped it off (2 different people: Meghan and Tiffany, maybe?) Well-informed, customer-oriented. A great experience.

DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE from MyStorage / U-Rent.Me! I rented a cargo van from them last Saturday. I returned the vehicle with a minor 6” scrape and was subsequently charged $1,700 to replace the entire advertising decal spanning the full length of the 16 foot cargo box. This was an unreasonable, excessive charge out of all proportion to the actual damage. This is a moving van after all, not a limousine, and a few scrapes and dings are in the nature of normal wear-and tear –an exorbitant cost to put the van in pristine condition is not reasonable or justifiable. I indicated strongly that I did not accept a repair bill of that amount and demanded a call from the manager before anything was processed against the damage pre-authorization I had provided. I received no call – they simply paid themselves $1,700 on my Visa with no further discussion. MyStorage/ U-Rent.Me’s business practices put customers in a vulnerable position, susceptible to being taken advantage of by unscrupulous management. I strongly caution against using them.

Love this facility, the coffee and chocolates make me come more than i need too. Plus the 24 hour access is a huge bonus.

I needed to find storage last minute while going through a very hard separation. I spoke with Nancy the manager at my storage. She not only guided me and help me set up, she made sure I got the best deal due to my finical situation. Nancy even stayed an hour after close to make sure my movers got there and everything went smoothly. In addition to her help with the storage she talked me down and calmed mee down making the situation a lot more bearable . Thank you for your humanity, and now a friend that I have at my storage. I would recommend this place to any one, not only do they provide great service but great prices too.
