The appointment is given to practitioners with a recognized record of success resolving complex divorces and other family law disputes using alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods such as negotiation and mediation. Having practiced as an accountant before attending law school, Kelly is also particularly qualified to help clients through financial matters in their family disputes.
