Very disappointed with the sales personnel of Ken Shaw Lexus. Got a quotation last Thursday evening Aug.04/16 on a RC 350 lease. Confirmed that evening with the sales consultant that I would be into the dealership to further discuss on the Saturday Aug.06/16. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that they had just received in a RC 300, a less expensive vehicle. The consultant told me that he would run the numbers on this vehicle and see how they compared to the RC 350 quote I received earlier.
The numbers came back even higher on the less expensive vehicle, and when I asked why, the consultant said that the original lease quotation was on the RC300 and not the RC350. So now I have two different quotations on the same model RC300. WHY?????. I had also asked initially whether the RC300 was available and was told at the onset they were not available, only the RC350.
These people are suppose to be professionals within their business, trained by Lexus Canada. I have my real doubts.
I will have nothing further to do with Ken Shaw Lexus sales/service, and would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, to venture else where.

I normally do not write reviews but this was important for me to mention. I called the service department and spoke to Nelson Verissimo the night service manager to schedule an appointment for the same evening. Nelson identified that the mirror had to be replaced but the replacement mirror was not available anywhere in Canada. The mirror was temporarily patched to keep the vehicle safe while a solution was being sorted out.

Nelson went above and beyond my expectations calling garage after garage to find a used mirror, coordinated the painting and got everything repaired in less that a week. My family and I would like to thank Nelson and the garage staff for the great communication and service.

Great stuff Ken Shaw!!!

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new Lexus from Ken Shaw Lexus. The sales rep, Raymond Kan, was fantastic and made the entire process easy. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and not the least bit pushy. I have had my new car for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy with the vehicle.
I would highly recommend Ken Shaw Lexus and Raymond in particular. If the service experience is even close to that of the purchase I would never go anywhere else for a new car. Great job Raymond and Daniel!

I recently damaged my Lexus in an underground parking lot causing damage all along the side. I went to Ken Shaw Lexus body shop and made arrangements to have the repairs completed.
On completion I went to pickup my vehicle and we was very pleased to see the quality of the work that had been done, it looked like new. They also took the time to touch up some paint chips etc not related to my initial problem and they cleaned the vehicle completely.
My thanks to the body shop crew for great job. They made my mistake a little more bearable.
