These guys are great! Francis was great on the phone and found a way to replace my hot water tank same day! That was above and beyond. The guys were very professional and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Hydra Plumbing… Francis at Hydra helped source a drain part that was needed urgently, and once he located the part, it was delivered in a timely manner. He followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory with the part. We really appreciated the care and his expertise, and will most definitely use Hydra Plumbing again.

This is TRX custom Renovation here. I’m a general contractor and I use Francis to do my plumbing and we never had an issue his own time all the time answering the phone anytime I called never had a problem with it. I will recommend him to any company or a homeowner.

Good communication, prompt service, fair pricing.

Francis was quick to respond and schedule a service visit after initially reaching out to have our shower valve fixed in a leaking shower.

Part way though the work he called to let us know that the old valve was seized and would be a larger job to replace. He presented two options to solve the problem and let us know the cost of both options.

Once we decided on what to do, he had the job completed same day even with the extra parts and work required.

We would recommend Francis and his team at Hydra Plumbing to anyone!
