Locked out late at night. No fun. Called my local locksmith Fidelity Locksmith. Got back in after a short wait. Wasn’t free, wasn’t cheap, but very reasonable. The technician didn’t even damage the old lock.

Very professional and courteous over the phone. The locksmith was also professional, polite and responsible. To top it all off, he arrived half an hour before the quoted time which was awesome! Highly recommend this place if you're ever locked out of your home or mailbox!

We called Dean to re-key our new house and he was great. Courteous, professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would definitely use again for future locksmith needs.

I locked myself out of my house at 8:30 pm on a Friday night and he was there in 15 minutes. The whole thing took 10 minutes due to the type of door I have. He was a lifesaver! Additionally it was during the middle of a weather advisory and he never complained.

I provided a slightly bent newer model car key to be copied. Both copies came out perfect and the provided instructions to introduce the new keys to the car were very clear. Locksmith was a pleasure to deal with.

Dean is simply the best! I am an apartment manager and have been using him for the past couple of years. He is always available and arrives to the building quickly whenever I call him. Other companies I have used in the past often charged a fortune to come out after hours. Not Dean. He always does great work and gives me the best deal in town.

Really great customer service--super accommodating and professional. I called to inquire about window gates for my fire escape and ended up getting my windows measured that same day. A week later, my custom-made gates are installed (installation took no more than 15 minutes). I'm super happy with them. They look great and I feel 10x safer in my apartment. Would definitely recommend!
