Desiree has great customer service skills and knowledge of products. She excels in what she does and seems to really care about customers. She is a good listener to customer desires and very respectful and patient while providing great service with easy to understand explanations of choices . She answered my questions and concerns with expertise. She is very knowledgeable about the optical choices available and how to protect your aging eyes, especially with computer work and outside glare. I was very pleased with her help and my purchases at Highland Park Pearle Vision. She also helped me with AARP discount and other in-house available discounts.
