From the moment I walked in at Riviera Parque, I was pleasantly impressed by the great ambiance, the kind, courteous staff, the amazing food and the beautiful décor, especially the grand waterfall in the main lobby which made for excellent photos.

The customer service was outstanding for our wedding. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious, many of our guests had positive comments and were also exceptionally happy. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We will defiantly be returning for future events.

I had both my bridal shower and our wedding at Riviera Parque last year, and both experiences were beyond our expectations. My bridal shower went so smoothly, I was able to sit back and relax and enjoy the day. This is saying quite a bit because I am somewhat of a perfectionist. The staff was attentive to all my emails and phone calls before the event, and executed beautifully on the day.
The wedding planning phase and wedding day were even more amazing. We worked with Anthony to plan a customized menu with plated service. We were all about the food, and Riviera Parque did not disappoint in the slightest. The food was heavenly. The antipasto, seafood and oyster bar left people speechless, they were so good. Our saffron&seafood risotto, braised short rib pasta and provimi veal chops were divine. The sweet table and late night stations went on and on for what seemed like miles. To this day we receive compliments about the food and premium beverages at our wedding. The staff went above and beyond, satisfying all guest needs and requests.
Whenever we attend events at the Hall, we are greeted with smiles, handshakes and hugs. Do yourself a favour and have your next event at Riviera Parque! They will treat you like family and go out of their way to make your day perfection.

Riviera Parque is truly one of the nicest banquet halls I have ever been too. The staff is so nice and helpful. You can tell it is a family business and they run it with pride and professionalism.

I had my engagement done there but I don't think they no how to deal with big cultured weddings such as south asian ones. They try to do things the way they want it done, but it doesn't work that way...especially when we are paying so much money. There number one priority should have been to make their client happy but instead they were more concerned about timing because they wanted to rush home. when there is a wedding, the staff needs to take into consideration that they are going to run late at times and "south asians/east indians" rarely follow a schedule. I don't like being told how to do things on my own occasion, so for that reason I choose not to do my wedding there.

My wife and I had our wedding at the Riviera Parque in June of 2010, and it was the most memorable night of my life thanks in part to the staff at the Riviera. The food was exceptional, it honestly exceeded my expectations; and the price was reasonable (compared to all the other facilities we visited). I had various stations set up for guests as they arrived, and then we had a full sit down dinner. My friends still tell me how great the food was at my wedding. I would like to thank Danny (who seriously helped my wife with everything)and the rest of the staff at Riviera, including the chef (great job) and our head table waitress (Marta) who made everything magical and were always there throughout the night to make things easier for us.

I had my wedding reception at Riviera Parque in 2008 and was very impressed by the quality of food, service and atmosphere at the hall. I was, in fact, so impressed with Riviera Parque that I booked 2 tables for the New Year's Eve dinner/dance for my family and friends. I then took my mom to Riviera Parque for the Mother's Day Brunch.
Since my wedding reception, I have not missed a New Year's Eve dinner, Easter brunch or Mother's Day brunch at Riviera Parque!
Staff remembered me and greeted me warmly each visit. Improvements to the decor have been non-stop. The food has been absolutely fresh and delicious.
Keep it up Riviera! We'll see you for Easter Brunch!
