I bought a new phone and it wasn't showing up as a device for Android Auto so I went to the dealership. No one there so I drove right in. I waited a few minutes for someone to come out. I saw a couple of people but no one acknowledged me. After a few minutes I left my car and went to speak to someone. She said there was no one there who could help me but in a few minutes. I was there about 15 minutes before someone came to help me. Unfortunately he said he'd only been there about 3 weeks and the only person there who could help me was working on another car. He did try but it seems I knew more about it than he did. Eventually, at my request, he did go to the other person. Turns out neither one of them could help me connect my phone and apparently there is no one in the whole dealership who could help me connect my phone. Over half an hour wasted. Extremely disappointing. I've had trouble with this since day one and someone has always been able to help.

"I had a fantastic experience here after dealing with a massive headache at other shops. I was dealing with a stressful P2199 code on my 2017 Honda CR-V 1.5L Turbo. The first mechanic told me I had a major electrical wiring issue. The second mechanic didn't even understand the code and tried to tell me I needed a brand-new engine computer, which would have cost me thousands of dollars for nothing!

I finally brought my car here to the Honda dealership and paid for one hour of diagnostic time. My technician, Paolgene, knew these engines inside and out. He hooked it up to the factory equipment and instantly found the true root cause right off the bat—the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 2 down on the booster pipe was dead.

Paolgene was completely honest, highly professional, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. He saved me thousands of dollars by accurately finding the real issue where everyone else failed. If you own a modern Honda, don't waste your time anywhere else—bring it straight to the experts here who actually understand factory data. Thank you, Paolgene!"

The interaction was excellent. I received good and timely service and very fair treatment from staff. The sales representative went the extra mile as well. Thanks again

I bought my car at midtown honda in 2021, and I have been servicing it there, however over the time their customer service and communication during service wait time has gotten bad, extremely rude during communication and too long waits. My car was worked on by Charlie. I am for sure considering looking elsewhere as this isn't the first time am having a horrible experience with the service center.

I took my Acura MDX to Midtown Honda dealership on May 27th 2025 to repair a flat tire. I was told my tire is coming off the rim and needs to be resealed. I waited while the work was being done. 20 minutes after picking up my vehicle, the tire sensor flashed indicating that my tire pressure is low. I immediately contacted Honda I was told to bring the car back, unfortunately I was on my way to pick up my daughter from day care due to time restraints I could not go back it was rush hour I had to pick up my kid by 6pm. The service agent told me to put air in the tire to see what happens. I went to a gas station paid $2.50 to inflate and the flat tire sensor went off the dash board. The morning after I went to the garage to pick up my car the tire was completely flat to the ground. I work for GO Transit and I needed to report to work for 5am in Hamilton which meant I had to take a taxi cost me $100 to get to Hamilton and another $100 to return home to meet CAA to switch to a spare tire on to take the car back to Honda. I request to speak to the manager I believe his name was (Chris) not certain. He listened to what I was explaining to him and agreed the tire should have been fixed the first time. So he went to check my file and returned to tell me the found a very tiny hole and due to the location it cannot be repaired so I will need to purchase a new tire. Which was fine, he then went on to say due to how much thread was on the other tire I would need two for balancing. This would cost me over $800 for both. He also assured me the $50 which I paid previously will be deducted from the total cost. Unfortunately, the tire would arrive later than expected and I needed to get back to work so he arranged a rental for that day. The next day I returned to Honda to pick up my truck and to pay my bill. I inquired about the $50 deduction I was told it was already done, no where on the bill did I see any deductions of $50. The charged me I believe $313 on debit. I did not feel comfortable so I kept asking because all I saw was the cost of the tire and taxes. The rep then told me the $50 was deducted from the price of installation so I asked how much was the cost of installation the rep said " I don't know" like what you mean you don't know? and that she would need to go on her computer to check the price. So, I said then please check. I guess she called someone it was then determined they owed me $12 so they had to refund my debit then charged it again for the correct amount. So they lied to me and try to insult my intelligence perhaps because I am a woman. Just want to add the day I returned to the dealer I saw the manager he did not greet me I asked him if Sonia was available then he went to find her( btw Sonia had nothing to do with this she got involved because my original service advisor was off). At no point in time did the manager approached me not even to apologize for the inconvenience that MIDTOWN HONDA CAUSED. I asked for him and apparently he was out of the office or in a meeting. "like come on" I AM ONE BILLION PERCENT UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I felt unheard and no one did anything to make up for their mistake. No compensation for the money I spent on taxi, not even a voucher for a free oil change.

YOU GUYS DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RETAIN MY BUSINESS THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED ESPECIALLY WHEN THE DEALERSHIP MESSED UP.

FYI.. AFTER I GOT HOME THE MANAGER LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING I HEARD YOU WANTED TO TALK TO ME PLEASE CALL BACK.. OF COURSE I DID NOT CALL BACK AS I WAS ANGRY AND THIS EXPERIENCE LEFT A BAD TASTE.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MIDTOWN HONDA BECAUSE THE SITUATION WAS POORLY HANDELED.

I don't care about paying for the new tire but what about all the other expense I incurred as a result of the dealership's negligence to properly inspect the tire to find out what was actually wrong. Its embarrassing for MIDTOWN HONDA TO MESS UP ON SOMETHING SO SIMPLE LIKE A FLAT TIRE.
