The worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the beginning Sheldon, the owner was very arrogant and difficult to deal with. The trailer he provided was very dangerous and poor quality. The GAS was LEAKING when the AC or hot water was on, bed was broken, smoke alarm was not installed but was hidden in the cupboard, battery removed, fire extinguisher did not work and safety pin was missing. There could have been a tragedy. The company overcharged us and committed fraud. They deducted $1000 without authorisation. If you want a hassle-free holiday DO NOT USE this company! They should not be in business.
