This place has the best oat milk lattes and cortados in Kirkland and the friendliest baristas. It’s a nice place to hang out with laptop as there is tons of natural light and free parking in front and on the surrounding streets. They are also well behaved pet friendly.

The coffee was good. However, whoever it was that was taking order on Oct 10th around 3 was aweful. She greeted all the guests except for me when taking the order. She said okay okay and took my order and did not say anything else when I asked about the coffee or said thank you after ordering. I don't know why she was so rude but ruined my whole mood. I just wanted nice cup of coffee.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but the workers there need serious retraing. It was my second time visiting but will not go back again.

The coffee is exceptional and the community is even better. This is my daily coffee spot and it’s sensational! Really nice roast coffee with a great seating area. I ordered a small cappuccino which was well balanced enough it could be called a flat white. Its super great its open at 6am. Has a big seating area for relaxing or working.

Lovely cafe in the heart of Kirkland waterfront right by the water. Buzzing with activity and lived their coffee roast which is sourced directly from the growers. They also have a few pastry choices but good place to get your coffee fix or just hang out or work.
