My Boyfriend arrived so decided to have a drink at the bar, he only had is debt card no cash, Bartender would not allow my boyfriend to run a tab - he told the bartender he was staying for dinner. Just waiting for the other people to arrive.
The food was okay, but everyone was asked for ID we are 27 - 30 years old. I had brought some cupcakes (no sugar for my brother's Birthday) because he is a diabetic and waitress would not let us bring them in. We finished dinner and I brought my purse to the car. I came in and they asked for ID they would not let me back in unless I had my ID. So needless to say we would not be returning. And if this is the way the restaurant is run the restaurant will be losing a lot of business. I was talking to my co-worker as I am writing this and the same thing happened to her and she says she will not be going back.

I really wish I could give zero stars to this ridiculous establishment! To sum up a VERY long and outrageous night: rude staff, ruder manages, gross food, 17% auto gratuity for TERRIBLE service (and a server that still comments on the lack of tips we gave her?!?!?!?), overpriced games (half of which were busted), pathetic selection of prizes, $2.00 for coat check that is run by monkeys who take 20 minutes to try locate your jacket (which has a numerical ticket on it) only to tell you they cannot find it and "if you want to try, be my guest", in a snarky tone.... I am truly stunned that this place is still in business.

Word to the wise, STAY AWAY - unless a night of being ripped off and treated like garbage is your thing.

Had a lovely Xmas party there yesterday, food and service were excellent. Staff were very helpful and honest after I accidently left my purse by one of the games.

The Restaurant is good but when I went, there was an employee by the name of Devon who tried to sell me the prizes. I also noticed that he would sell the prizes to the customers and put the money in his pocket. I believe this is called stealing and therefore should be punished or fired for the act.

went to this establisment recently for my girlfriends b day. half the games dont work but drain the cash from your pay card anyway. asked for a manager several times and no one ever came, spent half the day waiting to see this manager to get some $ we lost off our cards back. tried to order drinks from the bar as no waitress was to be found anywhere. bartender told us he couldnt take the order and he would send waitress. waited and finally she came only to tell us to go see the bartender? after we finally ordered drinks, they sat on the bar for almost 10 mins when my g.f just went to get the tray ourselves. couldnt find anyone to pay for the drinks and had to wait around for that as well as one bartender we spoke to did not know how to get the bill for us?? at this point we had enoung and went to the front desk and again asked for a manager. when he came he handed us a card and told us to call their business analyst and complain as he could not do anything for us? after we spoke to the manager there was a line up of people waiting to speak to him. I WOULD NEVER EVEN CONSIDER GOING BACK TO THIS DUMP. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, RUINED MY GIRLFRIENDS B DAY. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY****** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
