From the moment we walked into King's Garden at 15 Canmotor Avenue in Etobicoke, we knew it was the place for us. The welcoming couches and chairs in the entrance of the hall, as well as the beautifully draped tables made the place feel warm. Halina gave us the tour, and when the doors opened to the hall and we saw the grand chandelier sparkling and the candlelight adding a glow to the banquet hall, it took our breath away.

Our meeting with Halina was very professional, and she helped us with all of our questions. She gave us options for traditional menus as well as specialty items that we requested. We wanted to change some menu items to incorporate our Polish heritage, and make sure we had something for everyone in our diverse family. Halina assisted us in finding vendors, but did not push any particular vendor on us.

We signed the contract the same day we went to view the facility.

Throughout the months of planning, we kept in touch via email (our preference) and all details were covered. Halina made our choices easy for us because she knew what we were looking for. Nothing seemed to be too difficult to handle, and everything was taken in stride. Colour swatches were brought in to view, we were invited to view multiple set ups in the room to see which suited our needs. It was amazing.

King's Garden also has a great restaurant facility. We had our rehearsal dinner here, and our entire family was blown away. They didn't want to leave, and were beggging for leftovers!

The day of the wedding, they allowed us to come in early to take photos with family. The cocktail hour had servers passing champagne and strawberries which everyone thought was a lovely touch to the day. The passed appetizers were delicious! We loved all of them. The dinner was just as it was at our tasting.... mouth watering and every dish was the right temperature! Hot for hot dishes, and icy cold for salads. We danced the night away, and it truly has become the best day of our lives.

King's Garden is wonderful. The banquet staff will do anything to help and make your day wonderful.
