For many years lease two storage units and never had any issues.
One more important thing I must say finely they have the right staff Very professional always with smile willing to help you and resolve if it is some issues to take care.
Unfortunately it is only 5 stars otherwise I would give you more.

This used to be an amazing service, we have been using their services for the last three years and since Max left the service has been horrible. Currently we are locked out of our suites as they have locked the main gate and once again no communication. You can never get a hold of anyone by phone or email but they are always quick to take their payments. DO NOT use their services, customer service is horrible. Hopefully I will now hear from someone.

We have a storage space here, it is a storage space.
If you are in the building there is a map of where each storage space is located beside the elevator. This is a great resource cause otherwise the numbering of units can be confusing.

I have lived in Fort McMurray for over 2 decades. I have been a very loyal client of Fort Mac Sentinel Storage for the entire time. There pricing is very competitive, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of additional storage. They also have a great presence in the community with sponsorships and community involvement. We really appreciate their commitment to the junior program and ladies night sponsorship at the not-for-profit Rotary Links Golf Course.
