The facility on Coast Meridian in PoCo is very clean, well organized and the staff is very helpful. Being able to have FedEx drop shipments directly up my locker was very convenient for my company business. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Erin, Jiang and the team at the Port Coquitlam location always provide outstanding customer service. I have a number of lockers at this location and the staff’s diligence in monitoring the physical security of the premises puts my mind at ease. I am very comfortable keeping my personal possessions in lockers at this location with this team on hand.

I have had two storage units in this facility since 2021 and have no complaints. I had checked with Maple Leaf, about also renting a parking spot but at the time there wasn't one available of the size I wanted. I found a spot at another storage and at first it seemed okay, but then the day before the car was to go there they tried to change all of the terms. I live out of the country, and had to regroup at the last minute. I called Maple Leaf and Erin (who I have dealt with before and has always been great) found a spot for me that had just come available, and I got it for a better price, nicer attitude, less hoops to jump through and no trauma. I wasn't there in person to sign the documents so we simply did it by email. I want to commend Erin, Jang and the other employees I have dealt with there for being well-spoken, knowledgeable and competent. Erin has an upbeat personality and she really saved me a ton of trouble and worry over this situation. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Maple Left storage are so friendly and welcoming! I find they are extremely helpful when I have any kind of questions or concerns.
The buildings are extremely clean, easy to know where you are going looking for a certain locker. lots of tools like hand trucks available whenever I need one.

I would recommend this business in a heart beat to anyone looking for a great storage facility!!

My experience renting a unit here was very accessible & accommodations were amazing. I originally use centennial storage but when I needed this space it was a Sunday and no one was available there to rent to me , maple leaf was open and happy to let me have access the min we did paper work ! It made my work very easy. At the end of my stay I misread the vacate agreement and would have been stuck with paying an extra month but we were able to come to agreement and I was very satisfied! I would definitely rent here again

An awesome experience renting an RV space at the Port Coquitlam Maple Leaf storage facility. In particular, Erin the site manager was both professional and patient in explaining the documentation and paperwork. She even helped me back in the RV. Her knowledge of the facility and support was outstanding.

The facility is clean / tidy and easily accessed from the major traffic routes nearby. I strongly recommend Maple Leaf and this particular facility for your storage requirements.

These people are awesome!
I've been using this storage facility for around two years now and have consistently received excellent service. They’ve gone above and beyond—especially when I needed extensions while moving lockers. The team is always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything.

A special shoutout to Erin for her professionalism and friendly demeanor—she really stands out, but honestly, all the staff are great. I can’t say enough good things about this business. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage!

I find it very easy to enter, leave and load up as Maple Leaf Storage is very accommodating , it is very well lit in the storage unit area, and their always flat carts availible to load your belongings on, so that you may take them to your vehicle. I would highly recommand Maple Leaf Storage to any one in need, especially those that live in the Tri- City area.

Facility is clean and easy to access. But head office does NOT care for its customers. Plain and simple. I am a diabetic and I need to go to bathroom often and need to have quick access to one. Ever since November of last year head office decided to shut down the bathroom in second building. The only solution is to come during business hours and walk 200 to 300 feet to office get a key then use that bathroom then walk back same distance. SIMPLY WRONG!!!

The. Most recently you decided to bump your rates but 10%. Like we have a choice

Stop making excuses to earn free money. Only having 2 staff on at a time. Yah I don’t have the will to move or I would. You really want to keep your long live customers happy don’t you. Head office needs to give not take.

Chose Maple Leaf Self Storage after checking out three self storage facilities in my area. Received a tour of units in order to select the one that best met my needs, full explanation of vendor & client responsibilities, a map & recommendations for storage.
The entire facility is immaculate, climate controlled, well stocked with large and small dollies for transporting to/from parking to/from unit. CCTV assures safety. The grounds are locked at all times via coded entry system. The office has ample supplies of various boxes, packing bubbles, tape, locks & tags. The staff are available via phone and in person and are helpful, courteous and friendly.
I highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage and will definitely use them again to meet all my storage needs.

Removed customer bathrooms - nowhere to go after hours, and staff joked about how difficult it would be for someone to come get a key for the one bathroom they DO allow for customer use. We almost had an accident because when we first purchased a unit we were given a tour incl the bathrooms that since have been removed.
In addition, my husband was nicely pointing out an issue with building code with regards to exit signs, in a nice way, to maybe have someone look into it - how he was shown 4 exit signs and none led to an exit!! Kinda a big deal!! He took building code courses and is an industry expert and the staff started being incoherent and arguing about him nicely trying to advise her to have someone check into it - he was trying to say it was likely a small oversight on the professionals behalf - but she argued over him so we got mad and left. It was our last dealing with them, I paid my bill and a week later had everything out. They refused to pay a portion back. SO $450 for a WEEK of storage, sounds fair, right???? We weren't even being rude to them about the money and that lady just had to be a total incoherent a** enough for me to bother to write this. Pathetic.

The staff were imminently friendly, they were flexible and communicative with us when we had our plans change due to personal circumstances, and the setup, access and termination of our rental was seamless.

Hello everyone! This Maple Leaf location at PoCo was chosen as it is close to my home. And, as for now, we are using it whithin the last few months. Frankly speaking, I shoud say, these guys know what they do. Thanks to Jang Lee, he was the first who met us and helped us with all our needs as we were quite fresh and did not know how all this staff worked. Then, we needed more help, as we experienced some delays in our moving stage. Fortunately, Khushi Patel was in charge that day. As a result, we got highly professional assistance and 100% satisfaction, and she did everything with exeptional attitude. Furthermore, we were moving ahead with our moving to other province, but few more details were not done yet. And, again, we were helped at Maple Leaf PoCo. Erin Leach answered our questions and understood all our concerns we were worried about. Finally, I want to sum up and say, that if I need help with storage I will come to these guys again, as I know thay will help me whenever and whatever I need. Thank you for your help and job you do! Definitely recommend you to other people. Good luck!

Avoid this facility. They lack pest control. Our furniture were damaged by mice. See the photos. When complained to the management Erin Leach responded that their checks for mouse didn't find anything while our furniture were covered by mouse droppings. Just sharing my experience so you know. Contact me for a video of our unit that covered by mouse droppings. The movers were concerned about their health.
