Multiple reasons - Don't know where to begin so simply saying, wrong decoration and missing center pieces, wrong menu, no use of premium lighting, horrible DJ and after the event when we complaint then got that if I don't pay remaining balance they will send my file to collections when I was hoping for an apology. nn** SUGGESTION **n** DOUBLE CHECK THE DECOR AND MENU ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT FEW HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.**
OR DON'T BOOK IT AT ALL - GO BOMBAY OR BOLLYWOOD OR ARIA.
