The two dentist are awesome also the hygienist, the receptionist they are the absolute worst , they are incompetent, can't even send in a estimate properly, I had problems with them the dentist told them to send in estimates for me I have two insurance they only submit one, here I am waiting for my estimate when I enquired I was told they forget to send it in, there are a lot more incompetence on their part but am just giving two examples here, final straw I had problems with my jaw the dentist ask that they send a referral to a specialist for me I waited over two weeks, no call from the specialist, so I call the specialist and I was told there was no referral send in for me, so I had to make my own appointment for myself, after a month and 5 days that's when am getting a call from the specialist, when I had already being seen the specialist for over a month, why would I continue to go there,
