Not very honest technicians and bad customer support, was charged several hundred $$ and my unit still not working. Called them back within a month and now we need to change some parts. Credit for the work done in vain, of course not. Would definitely not recommend even if they carry Carrier units.

It's a new installation or repair of an old unit? If it's an old unit, it's normal for it to have repair costs on parts and labor ... If we have made a mistake in the diagnosis, we are assured that we will bear the costs of repair. It's not our practice to relay the fault to the customer rather than to us. Mathieu
