Mmmm, not my fave. The ladies there are super nosy and rush you out.

I prefer the 24 hour access ones where you get your own code and nobody bothers you. My bf chose this cause it was cheap but when I tell you, these ladies are gonna be up in your bizzzzzzz, lol. If you have real valuables, you may want to pay a bit extra for the privacy.

ETA: yes I was there for a long time today, and I explained to you that my bf was arrested for domestic violence the night prior. I had full intentions to leave for the day, however, I could not because as I’m not the primary account holder, I had no rights to prevent him changing the lock. The only thing I have is a restraining order meaning I have to physically be there so he can’t change the lock and prevent me from accessing my property. Also, hardly anyone else was there all day, so it’s not like I was in anybody’s way or causing any trouble. I literally sat there quietly stranded all day.

I would understand if I was there all day repeatedly, but even when I was up there the previous week I was organizing my things and the lady practically stuck her whole face in my into my unit questioning me. I just prefer a place where I can peacefully access my things and let the cameras do their job.

If you want to contact the account holder, my abuser, please go right ahead. That’s your own karma you’re cultivating with that move. Good luck.

The last storage unit I had, in my own name, was 24 hour access and you had a code to enter. It’s not that rare.

I put my home up for sale in February and needed to temporarily store some of my belongings in order to stage the house. Niki at Super Self Storage was helpful and friendly and the assigned unit was clean and dry. I would definitely use Super Self Storage again if the need ever arises.

I would not have expected this from a storage company. They did so much for me during a very stressful time in my life that I can’t say enough! Thank you so much, and please continue to conduct yourselves in the way you do.They work to accommodate, and customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT at this facility. By far from all the storage facilities I have rented, Super Self Storage Ltd has been the best, and I will come back to them whenever I may need a storage. Their prices are also very good not to mention that the property is very well maintained and is very clean. There is also no need to worry about your blonging while using their facilities as the property os cery well secure. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a storage.

Going with Super Self Storage is the best storage decision I ever made! I have multiple units there, and have had some for over 10 years. Wonderful, clean facility and easy to access. The office is clean and even the washroom is above expectations. Staff are beyond amazing, super friendly and lovely to chat with. Always many laughs and jokes shared when I walk in the door.
Have been a client for over 4yrs and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage for their belongings. You’re not just a client or customer here, you become a friend and they get to know you on a First-name basis.
Everyone is greeted with a smile and cheerful demeanour when walking in.
