Poorest customer service I have EVER had the displeasure of encountering. They monitor all their social media's so that honestly bad reviews don't make their way to the future consumers. Denied my loan solely on the basis that "I was rude" according to them and apparently I was rude because I asked to speak with management to clarify some of the information they were requesting of me NOT because I didnt qualify. They blocked any poor review I attempted to put up on Facebook after my experience with them and they blocked me from posting on their Facebook page. My fiance attempted to place my review for me and they blocked him too. They really don't want you to know how piss poor their services and aftercare are. Truly a rip off and a scam. Their website might be safe but I wouldno trust these folks as far as I could throw them. If I could give 0 stars I would they don't even deserve a 1 star. There is a huge back story which is too long to get into but bottom line, they are unprofessional at best and don't handle customer queries all that well. ESPECIALLY when you want to talk to management! Basics of the story, they kept telling me I sent a cutoff paystub. I insisted I didn't. When I asked what info is missing no one could answer. I also had an issue where my employer double paid me by accident and rather than take it back my following check was $0. They told me my story didn't make sense and outright called me a liar. I had the stubs and provided them to prove I was telling the truth. Considering they are seeking new clientele it seems pretty brute they would refer to a customer in that manner. Nonetheless I ended up getting a loan with LOANAWAY in the amount of $1300 with a payback of $76.87 biweekly. They didn't like my negative feedback and went to multiple lengths to ensure my review didn't make it to where it should, would and could be seen. If you are that great of a company my one bad review shouldn't hinder your business so why block it and me so I can't speak to my experience with this company?
