Even though I had an appointment, no one was there to help me. Had to pick out dresses myself and wait for change rooms. Very small and cramped. Not a good selection of dresses at all

It was a good thing this was not my first experience shopping for a bridal gown as I would have been totally discouraged of the entire process. The only thing I was given that the website says is my own large change room. The entire time I was there I had no help from anyone in the store. One of my friends had to ask for clips as she took on the task of helping me with the dresses. Furthermore, there wasn't much of a selection and I wasn't pleased to see the bridal gowns right at the front door near all the muddy and wet winter slush. The only time someone assisted was when I was in the parking lot, halfway to my car and I was asked if there were any dresses I wanted them to make note of for me! Very un-professional and disorganized store!
Overall, it was a disappointing experience and waste of the 40 minutes I managed to spend there.

This boutique is amazing, conveniently located on Yonge Street in aurora with free parking around the back that just got repaved and expanded. The girls are all really nice and they are a licensed distributor of allot of designer brands like Maggie Sottero.

Full service boutique with privet rooms set up in beautifully converted old home (could use some repair but not much more than a coat of paint). Seamstress onsite did all my alterations, not that I needed anything my dress fit amazing without any changes! She did a custom bustling for my dress that looks so beautiful. They really make you feel like a princess!

I’ll make sure to post pictures of my dress after my wedding, wouldn’t want the groom seeing them! The girls at Elmwood are amazing at leaving discreet phone messages, no mentions of anything that could hint!

They also offer rentals of thinks like puffy underskirts and Crinolines at reasonable prices (mine was 50$).
