I had an electric water heater installed today. I called Harris Plumbing because they installed my last one and I was happy with their service and it ran incredibly well. Well service got even better. John was incredible. He understood what needed to be done and did not hesitate to provide the service. He went above and beyond. His work ethic and workmanship was incredible. What I appreciated was how he listened so well to my questions and answered them in a way that was considerate and kind. I would not hesitate to refer John from Harris Plumbing. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of the service he provided. Having "peace of mind" is a great feeling.

Absolutely amazing work from start to finish. They completed the job earlier than expected, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. The entire experience felt truly professional.

What impressed me the most was how respectful they were of our home — you could genuinely feel that they cared about the property and treated it with respect throughout the entire process. Their pricing was also very reasonable and fair.

I’m extremely disappointed with Harris Plumbing and would not recommend them.

They charged us $1,600 to replace a sump pump and a bad check valve. The actual labour took about 20 minutes. They claim they do not charge by the hour and instead charge “by the job,” but regardless of how they structure their pricing, a straightforward 20-minute job should never cost $1,600.

In my opinion, this kind of pricing feels very unfair and misleading. The plumber was even boasting to my wife how much he made last year and how much he expects to make this year. No wonder he’s willing to brag when Harris Plumbing is charging so much! I was honestly appalled when I saw the bill. There are plenty of honest plumbers in Barrie who would charge a much more reasonable fee for the same type of work.

Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest getting quotes from other plumbers before using Harris Plumbing.

A technician came out and helped my elderly father in Tiny. Needed a new water heater installed and sup-pump. My dad was so pleased with the service. Said the tech was more than helpful, went above and beyond. Completed the job in timely manner and price worked perfectly in his budget. Thank you to whoever came out and did the job.

My experience with Harris Plumbing was a very positive one. They were quick to schedule an appointment. Dayne provided excellent and very efficient service.
