It's a smaller storage facility, but its big on a descent place. The owners are super nice and keep it very clean. I noticed they even spray for something all around the units. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this place to anyone

(Unit 23)The facility is easy to access as well as drive around to exit and it was very clean when I received it. The staff are great to work with! The pricing of the units is fair and they often offer wonderful discount rates.

I had a fantastaic experience. I have nothing bad to say.

Kudos to the staff for always answering my questions and being so kind. For instance, when I was moving out of the storage yesterday, the pleasant lady on site asked if I needed another hand. She also gave me two bottles of water (which I needed because, man, it was a hot sunny day)! Thank you!

Overall, my experience here was good, from the kind and professional staff, to the seamless operations—everything was good.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at this particular establishment.
Diana is an amazing Manager. She is kind and very understanding. She goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is a good one.
This reflects on her staff as well- mainly Zac.
I would highly recommend Diana and her staff at Access Storage at 9618 Tecumseh Rd. East.
Whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough.

Honestly, one of the best storage facilities out there in Windsor! It’s my second time using access storage and both of those times, I’ve had a great experience. The booking process was very simple, just go onto their website, choose the storage type, location and price and a rep will call you back to confirm your booking. The branch always responded to my inquiries quickly and in a very friendly manner. All the pricing was informed to me upfront which led to no surprises. I also got the first 4 weeks free. This particular branch is very clean and secure.

I’ll definitely be choosing access storage again in the future.

I would most definitely recommend access storage to a friend or colleague I found the experience pleasant the ladies in the office were awesome they took care of my every concern my every need I like the fact that my stuff is secure I like the fact that I don't have to worry about somebody breaking in and stealing it I know it's all insured but that's not the point there's always something you can't replace and being there just made me feel safe and I could rest at night knowing that my stuff was protected it's always accessible no problem getting in and getting out anytime I ran into somebody that was in there or they were always polite all in all it was a 100% experience that I would recommend to anyone again I would like to thank the ladies in the office for all their help through this trying time for me took me a while but I think I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not a train
