I would like to comment on the great service I have been receiving from the first day I signed up for a storage unit. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The Facility is very clean and well run no matter who is on staff. I feel very safe there even when coming later in the evening. The staff and cleanliness are good, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this facility. My storage room was broken into very easily, and I was never notified about the incident.

If you are a collector or have valuable items, I strongly recommend staying away from this place, if you don’t have valuable items maybe is ok . While they offer insurance, in my experience it did not come close to covering the actual loss—not even 5%—and the claims process was long, frustrating, and extremely tedious.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend storing valuable belongings here, as the security measures appear to be inadequate. I hope management takes steps to improve security and communication with tenants in the future.

Love this storage place. Safe, secure, clean, professional, easy access, great prices and excellent hours. Open 7 days a week except Stat holidays. Staff is very helpful and professional. Everything you need for moving and storage is right there and great prices.

I am very happy with my experience of storing my belongings at Pockit self storage. It is kept clean and staff are very accommodating. They also keep an eye on our units to ensure we left it secured after we have gone to our unit. One time I apparently didn't lock the unit properly and was notified. Very happy.

Very happy with Pockit Self Storage, modern enough facility, secured, staff are informative ,attentive, not intruding but alert enough to see all activities in & out of the premise. Clean washrooms.
We have been here on quite a few occasions & saw no issues. Price is reasonable.

My experience with Pockit has been wonderful. They were so accommodating in helping to get everything arranged for my unit in advance, so that I could start accessing my unit on a statutory holiday while the office was closed. The facilities are clean and secure, and the provided dollies made moving items easy. I would highly recommend.

I live in Langley but I was also their customer when I was residing in Aldergrove. They go above and beyond to make sure your stuff in the storage is safe. I had gone out of country when they found out that I did not lock my storage unit properly. They were regularly in touch with emails about the next step. I have so many good things to talk about it. The storage is just a storage but the staff is awesome. Very polite and knowledgeable. Ever ready to answer your questions. They make you feel welcomed. I had called other storage places,did not get any good response. But trust me Pockit storage at Aldergrove, and the staff is exceptional.

Other than the fact that every time I go there, there's a vehicle blocking my unit and I have to ask them to move for ask the desk to find them for me to move... the staff are nice.

There should also be amenities on hand for deliveries such as a transition for the drive up units to use since there is a 1 inch or so rise from the parking lot.

Good prices with different sizes and deals to choose from. Straightforward setup with all the necessary info for future use and ease of access. The security features in place are nice to have... Code access everywhere and only people on my floor can access my floor, limiting other that don't belong there.

Recently, I found it necessary to rent a storage unit. Upon checking into different ones, Pockit Self Storage was my choice. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the units clean, with elevators and washrooms available. The price is reasonable . The location has good access and. I'm very satisfied with Pockit Self Storage and highly recommend it to my acquaintances.

We received excellent advice and recommendations when we rented our locker. Not only polite but very friendly staff! The building is spotless with lots of loading equipment very handy at the door, the halls are brightly lit and spotless and the washroom facility is clean and handy. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

It’s always clean, always accessible unless you go too early in the morning like I did one day but I didn’t know the main gate had specific hours. Which is actually a good thing. Very helpful people there and I trust my stuff is safe.
