I had bought a bike from another store and needed to remove the pedals as i had never learned to ride, im 46. I tried to remove the pedals myself but they were too stuck so I called and Peter said he could take the them off. When i brought the bike in Peter popped the pedals off in a few seconds. He asked why i needed to remove the pedals on a brand new bike and i told him i didn't know how to ride and was going to learn. Peter, out of the goodness of his heart, said he'd teach me. He spent 30min teaching me in the parking lot. This is generosity and kindness you can only find in small business owners. This man is a saint and now has a customer for life. This is the kind of service you will never get from big box stores. You want integrity and civility, go to Pedalinx.

Huge shoutout to the team at Pedalinx Mississauga, especially Peter and Ryan (the bike mechanic)! Peter is always there and is so friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. Ryan is also fantastic—he’s super knowledgeable and has an incredible attention to detail. They’re both experienced, efficient, and always provide great service. Plus, their turnaround time is impressively fast!

I’ve been going to Pedalinx for years, and my very first experience with them is actually what made me a long-time customer. I was out for a bike ride when I got a flat tire, and Pedalinx happened to be the closest bike shop. I walked in, and they immediately fixed my flat. They were so friendly and, even better, took the time to check over my bike to make sure everything was safe and in good working order before I headed back out (at no extra cost)!

That level of service really stuck with me. Since then, I’ve continued coming back, and they’ve consistently been helpful, professional, and trustworthy. Most recently, they even offered to stay late outside of their regular store hours so I could pick up my bike—that’s customer service that goes above and beyond!

Excellent products and customer service. I have bought two bikes from them so far. A gravel bike and a mountain bike. They are always very helpful and the staff are experienced riders. Had a flat nearby and wasn’t going to make it to the shop until one minute before closing. The guys waited up, serviced the bike, and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this shop! Great people.
