I needed to travel with my bicycle, but I wasn't able to remove the pedals and handlebars myself, so I decided to visit [Pedalinx Bike Shop](https://www.pedalinx.com) in Mississauga for help.

I arrived a bit before opening time, but Peter (the Irish gentleman) very kindly attended to me and helped me remove both the pedals and the handlebars free of charge. His level of professionalism was outstanding, and it's clear they are true experts in their field. On top of that, he offered to source a bike box for my trip and even called me a week later to let me know it had arrived.

I truly appreciate all of Peter's help. I will gladly return to this shop because they clearly put the customer first, rather than just focusing on the business. Thank you so much, Peter!

Customer service is a joke, they don't even try to sell you their product. Some of their products from the website aren't even at the store.

I had bought a bike from another store and needed to remove the pedals as i had never learned to ride, im 46. I tried to remove the pedals myself but they were too stuck so I called and Peter said he could take the them off. When i brought the bike in Peter popped the pedals off in a few seconds. He asked why i needed to remove the pedals on a brand new bike and i told him i didn't know how to ride and was going to learn. Peter, out of the goodness of his heart, said he'd teach me. He spent 30min teaching me in the parking lot. This is generosity and kindness you can only find in small business owners. This man is a saint and now has a customer for life. This is the kind of service you will never get from big box stores. You want integrity and civility, go to Pedalinx.

I’ve been going to Pedalinx for years, and my very first experience with them is actually what made me a long-time customer. I was out for a bike ride when I got a flat tire, and Pedalinx happened to be the closest bike shop. I walked in, and they immediately fixed my flat. They were so friendly and, even better, took the time to check over my bike to make sure everything was safe and in good working order before I headed back out (at no extra cost)!

That level of service really stuck with me. Since then, I’ve continued coming back, and they’ve consistently been helpful, professional, and trustworthy. Most recently, they even offered to stay late outside of their regular store hours so I could pick up my bike—that’s customer service that goes above and beyond!
