We went to Markville Toyota after visiting many other showrooms. There we met a gentleman named Hasnain Saleem. Mr. Saleem listened to our requirements very carefully and then thoroughly explained us all our options. He was very professional and knowledgeable person. He gave us such a good deal that we stopped our search and finalized the deal on the spot. After the purchase he took care of everything and in a couple of days we picked our new car. Had the opportunity to work with dealer and sort through Van verses large SUV v RAV4. I also compared used to new over multiple visits. Found the staff patient and knowledgeable, and responsive to inquiries which helped me decide my final vehicle choice. Ask as many questions as you need to and do multiple test drives if you are not sure of which vehicle you want to invest in at first.

Helen and Dickson provided amazing customer service during the purchase of my Corolla Hatchback. Helen was extremely organized, and was always well prepared with materials, clarity of instructions, and helping me get the best deal out of my purchase. She was always readily available when it came to questions, and was easy to keep in contact.
Dickson was also a great help with questions regarding the details of maintenance, fees, etc. He was also very easy to contact, and would always call back immediately to ensure all inquiries were addressed.
Both representatives are able to speak Cantonese, so my parents communicated seamlessly with them as well. We are all very pleased with the service, and wish them all the best.

This is my fourth Toyota car and my first encountering with Markville, but had the best experience with your staff.
We had the 3 previous Toyota at one same dealer and we were happy with them too as we had no comparison at that time. Upon the need to look for another car,,we actually tried to look for a dealer closer to our residence, but we couldn’t even find a right person to ask any questions when we visited that dealership. So we asked around and your dealership was recommended by friends and as told by others, the service at your place is really the best we had experienced. Daniel Leung was exceptionally attentive and patient in explaining all the details regarding the purchase as well as helping us to be comfortable with the car before we drove the new car away.
Met also your service department to scheduled our first service appointment needed in a few months’ time and all are very friendly and professional.
I’ll definitely would recommend your product advisor and your dealership to others.

I arrived at Markville Toyota having done my car research and knew what I wanted. Cindy and the team At Markville made the process painless. They gave me a trade-in offer on the spot, unlike other dealerships that asked me to book appointments or come back another day. Their price came in lower than the others right off the bat, and they were fair and efficient negotiators. I felt heard and respected through the process. That’s more than I can say for others who gave me the impression that they were not taking me seriously at all.
I chose a vehicle and model that was very in demand. Other dealerships said that I’d have to choose two colours in case they couldn’t secure a car of my favourite colour. What?! No such nonsense at Markville. Cindy at Markville kept me up-to-date with delivery date and had the car ready and waiting on pick-up day. Thank you Cindy for your wonderful service!
I was introduced to the manager of the service department and have my first service appointment booked, just another example of good organization and great customer service. I look forward to trusting my new Toyota to the team at Markville.
