When you like to do things on your own sometimes what you think should be an easy job can go sideways real quick. So realizing I was getting in over my head it was time to call a professional. Reaching out to JT Plumbing in Barrie was the best decision I had made in 2 days. First contact was at 10:30 Monday morning and by 2:30 that afternoon they were at the door. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days but they were there to help the same day. Tyler took charge and started the tedious process of chipping out a stuck shower cartridge, not an easy task. With great skill and patience he was able to chip it into small pieces without damaging the wall of the valve. I was so relieved because it could have turned out so much worse. Thank you Tyler. In the meantime his young apprentice went to work and installed new supply lines and shut off valves to our vanity. I love seeing young people learning a skilled trade and Dalton will be one of the good ones. He will learn so much from Tyler and he’s lucky to have such a great mentor. And thanks to JT Plumbing for giving the opportunity for these young people to learn a valuable life long skill. I was very impressed with the team that saved my bacon on this one. Service was excellent top to bottom and competitively priced. Would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

JT Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish. Spoke to Josh in the morning about my clogged kitchen sink and he had people at my house before noon. Absolutely outstanding plumbing service! They are truly not behind the money — their focus is on giving you the best possible advice and solution. My drain was completely clogged, and not only did they avoid charging me anything extra, they actually recommended a long-term fix by redoing the piping.
