The student who styled my hair was very nice and eager to please. I asked if she could please use flat iron as she was having trouble straightening my hair. Her superior ran in and told me that would be extra money. Are they insane? This girl is in training and should be allowed to try out all different equipment and since when is there an extra charge for using a flat iron?
