I absolutely can not express enough thanks for the level of accommodation and customer service I have received from Ron and Stephanie in Blackfalds. They are a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is really sub par. The compound is exceptionally well taken care of, clean and safe. They helped me solve a power issue that they could have simply just told me sorry we cant help you, and they did it in a way that was fair to all. Thank you for looking out for your clients and going over and above for me. I am very thankful. Like, I dont think they even realize how thankful I am! Its not everyday you come across a business run this way anymore and I hope it never changes.

After a less than ideal call centre interaction, to the point the franchise was going to deter me from even dealing with them at all, the owners of Make Space Blackfalds directly contacted me to make it right. They saved the day honestly. I knew what I needed. They had it. We made the deal. I highly recommend going to talk with Stephanie directly at the Blackfalds office as she is attentive, professional, friendly, but most importantly knowledgeable in getting people what they want, need, and can afford. 10/10 recommend.

My check-in experience at the Blackfalds facility was very good. The manager, Stephanie, was assisting another worker Erin with the process. They were both very friendly and Stephanie was very informative about the billing process and payment options. I would recommend using Make Space Storage Blackfalds.
