Big Bang ERP does not deliver on their commitments. Do not use Big Bang.
1) They were not available at the time of our go live. We had to wait until the following morning to email them.
2) 2 months after go live, many of their applications still do not work as promised.
3) They seem to have a high turnover rate for employees. Get ready for a new face in a critical role.
4) They do not take care to listen to your needs or processes if you're in a niche market.
5) They require a constant money flow that will cause you to go way over budget, and constantly tell you what you're asking for was not originally scoped.
6) If you use them, realize you're dealing with the devil and better have everything spelled out in the contract. What you take for granted is not in their scope.
