Having lived in Reata for 4 months, I regret moving in here. This property is beautiful, yet poorly run and mismanaged.

#1 Complaint - Ant infestation. I have had ants since I moved in and I can't keep them away.
#2 Constantly changing rules. They introduce new rules weekly. First it was no smoking. then it was no vaping. Then it was no gym use after 10 pm. I am ok with rules and policies as long as they disclose them before you sign the lease. What happened to me was the opposite. they play really nice till you move in and then they start busting your ... for whatever they decide to.

#3 ongoing issue with broken jacuzzi. it has not been working for a week.

#4 Parking!!!! They waited to reach 60% occupancy to announce that there is only 1 assigned parking spot per apartment (regardless of the size or number of residents). If you want extra parking, you have to pay extra $100+. I would have been ok with that if they had let me know that before I signed the lease. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. My rent just went up by $100 dollars in the middle of my lease.

All in all, with the apartments here starting at $2300, I don't believe I get my money worth while. I am sure there are better places for that price.
