Luna Blu opened in the then up and coming uptown district of historic Annapolis in December of 2001. The West Street district has grown into the Art's district and is full of life, great locally owned restaurants and year round street festivals. It is where all of the locals go! I love being the neighborhood restaurant that you pop into on a Wednesday because you don't feel like cooking but also where you spend your birthday and hold your son or daughter's rehearsal dinner.
