When the Bride & Groom left the dance floor they took the whole crowd with them. This was not on my agenda so I followed to investigate and was told they were taking group pictures. At several points during the evening guests put their drinks on my speakers and DJ table, next to sensitive electronic equipment. I politely asked them to remove their glasses and was met with anger and profanity. At one point an intoxicated guest leaned in over my table to request a song and pushed my laptop several inches and disconnected the hard drive, freezing the program. I quickly asked her to back up but she didn't realize what she had done and started to argue with me. I had to get the music back on line quickly and did not take the time to politely explain what had happened, simply ignoring her protests and causing her to verbally insult me and go share her hate with others. Soon there was a friend of this guest at the DJ table being rude and putting their drink on the table to spite me. I removed the drink and placed it on a guest table which angered the guest more. At this point I stopped trying to defend myself and simply finished the evening in silence. At the end of the night a very intoxicated guest fell into one my lighting effects and broke it. When I approached the guest with concern for their welfare they yelled at me and proceeded to be very rude and dismissive of the broken light. I didn't argue with her in front of the Bride & Groom but waited until they left and then noticed that the Guest who broke my light was still in the banquet hall. As I approached her she started screaming threats at me. I raised my voice back at her to try and address my broken light but to no avail. She screamed some more and quickly left. I tried to contact the Bride and Groom by phone and email several time but they refuse to talk to me. The wedding reception was done exactly to their specifications and was very succesful apart from the interaction I had between several rude and very intoxicated guests. I have performed at more than 1,000 live events and have never been teated so rudely by guests. It is sad that the Bride and Groom have decided to not listen to the truth, rather let their friends fill their heads with half truths and falsehoods. Sincerely, Vincent.

The individual who posted this is not telling the truth. He booked service with us for 2 Wedding receptions and tendered a "Non-Retunable Booking Fee" for DJ services. We received no contact with him for several months afterward and one month before their function I called him to arrange a Pre Wedding Consultation. He First informed me that the wedding was "cancelled". I offered condolences and informed him that his $200 was not refundable but I offered him the option of transfering it to another event. He seemed content with that and I wished him well. Several weeks later it was brought to my attantion that he was trying to sell his "Non-Refundable Booking Fee" on Craig's List. I called him to tell him that the "Non-Refndable Booking Fee" was not transferable. This made him very angry. Andrew and I arranged a meeting with this customer and against our expressed policy offered him $100 cash to make peace. He took the money from Andrew and then threw it back in his face yelling "F... You". We later found out through reliable sources that he had lied all along and that he had not cancelled the wedding but decided on using someone else, less expensive. Our company was been in buisness for more than 20 years and has never changed it's phone number or email address. We did not "dissappear" and were never contacted by this individual.
