I went in for foils and cut. my color was only on for 10 -15 min and spent 10 min on my cut. I'll just say it was the worst experience at a salon in my life. I had heard so many good things about the stylists there but i was only aloud to book with Mersedah. i went back to complain and she told me i am too picky. shouldnt I have the right to be picky on $150 process that took 20 min. she refused to fix it.
