Was told I needed a temporary resident permit if i wanted to work for united airlines as a flight attendant. They saw my DWI and said without a TRP they couldn't hire me. The lawyers at clear access law helped me apply for a 2 year waiver. Took about 4 months, but I got approved. I will likely do the permanent rehabilitation when im allowed next year, they said a bunch of the stuff can be borrowed from my old application. I highly recommended clear access it was a big process and i'm so glad i had help.

I hired Clear Access Law firm because a Canadian border agent almost turned me away due to a DUI I got in college. I spoke to Ben on the phone and Ilir was my lawyer and I ended up getting a TRP in about 3 months which was slightly quicker than I was expecting.
