Just wanted to say thank you to the awesome team at GSP, especially Alex, the plumber who led the work here. I had quite an extensive job that needed to be done, and Alex completed the work better than i could've imagined. He transformed my scary looking utility room plumbing into a functional work of art. It was an absolute pleasure working with GSP from start to finish, and id highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done in the Sudbury area.

We recently moved to Sudbury and to a house with no air conditioning. GSPH was recommended to us and we now have two wall mounted split units providing us with air conditioned comfort. Customer service was excellent and the installation team was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, esp Ed. We will get them back to the house before winter to check out our boiler system. We highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately Google does not allow for 0 star reviews so I am giving GSP a 1 star review. If you are looking for finish go home, Anthony D. and his guys are just what you are looking for. The first shower kit that was ordered didn't fit, this was not entirely GSP's fault, the general contractor that managed the basement rehabilitation after the flood was partially to blame. Then they came back and installed this kit, (see pictures). Great craftmanship as you will notice. I don't know who in their right mind installs a shower neck less than 2'' from a ceiling. Instead of ripping out the old base, the underside was filled with sprey foam and 3/4'' plywood was installed to try to stiffen it up, but the base was still spongy afterwards, I was told that is normal. When I complained and asked Anthony to come and check it out, he told me that he was not a plumber and could only take his guys' word for it. I understand that not everybody that manages a company is a trained in the field they manage, but this kind of shoddy work is obvious to anyone with zero experience in plumbing. He refused to come back to the house and eventually a cash payout was negotiated between myself and the general contractor, he refused to get involved and would not come back to remove the shower kit.

In response to your response Anthony, it was not a pleasure dealing with you and feel free to air out my dirty laundry because there is none to air. You failed to uphold a bare minimum of care, shame on you.
