Rooms are not as shown in picture this motel 6 has not been updated or cleaned and has a smell but it tolerable. The front deck lady was nice and held the last room for me for over an hour. I’m grateful we found this place because all hotels and motels were booked in a 100 mile radius. I was driving 2 hour more then planned. $97 is not worth this room.

Absolutely horrible experience. We booked for 4 people and were initially given a room with only ONE bed, which was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of attention to basic booking details. When we brought it to the front desk to get it fixed, instead of receiving an apology or professional customer service, the front desk lady had a nasty attitude and acted inconvenienced by having to correct their mistake. To make matters worse, I also got locked inside the restroom because the door malfunctioned, which was not only frustrating but a serious safety concern. Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and unsafe room conditions made this an awful stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good prices and a excellent location. I've stayed at cleaner hotels but it's like they say
(You get what you pay for) It's not the Hilton but you can stay for under $100 a night.

I stayed at this place for 2 weeks while I was working in Bay Minette. It was a little bit of a drive every day but the rate was good and the drive wasn’t too bad. It certainly is a no frills place but my room was clean and everything worked in it with no problems. The place was completely occupied while I stayed there yet it was always quiet and the employees at the service desk were always friendly. It is conveniently located right next to a Walmart store, so close I walked there from my room a few times. I recommend it and if I go back to working in that area I would definitely stay there again.

This was not what I was expecting. From the outside this place does not look like somewhere I would normally stay. But it was convenient and a perfect location for what I needed. Going into the lobby I was greeted by a man with a great smile and lackluster personality. A female came out and she was bubbly and full of life, so sweet and so friendly. Although the lobby left something to be desired. Walking to room I half expected to immediately check out. Upon opening the room door I was in shock and awe. The room was clean, tidy, smelled very good and I realized this is a hidden gem. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10
