It was time for a new car. Tough choices out there these days. I spent some time on the internet learning what was available in my price range. I decided on a black Nissan Sentra SV 6 speed with electric sunroof. Very nicely loaded and extremely sporty and quick. Unfortunately my requested car was not available in Toronto. One was found about 50 kilometers away. The whole sales and delivery process took about 1 week.
I have never had any dealings with Avenue Nissan before this car. I have owned 2 other Nissans and 1 Datsun over the years. Always been extremely happy with their cars so when it came down to my final decision it was easy. Toyota or Nissan? Mind you my last car was a Toyota and I drove it for 19.5 years with little troubles.
Since the other dealership so called prepped and cleaned up the car before it was delivered to Avenue. From a far the car looked good and was licensed for me to drive away with. When I saw the car up close I noticed that it could have been detailed far better than it actually was. Ian my salesman made a strong effort to clean the marks on the trunk. He asked me since the Service Manger was away on vacation would I be patient for his return to work and at that time everything would be corrected to my liking.
I agreed.
About 1 ½ weeks later I received a call from Mike Lopez. He asked me to come in and he would like to view the car and see the problems which were inherited from the other dealer. He told me he would need a few days to investigate what has happened and then a decision could be made for the necessary actions to make my car look like the beauty it should be. He reassured me that in the end I would be fully happy. I believed him and felt I could trust him. He has a very professional likable personality, he seemed sincere.
I could go on and on, but I am not. Mike Lopez came through for me with flying colors.
As he promised. My car was perfect when he redelivered it to me. My car shined like a star. I am so happy that I have a professional good friend to count on when it is time for service.
Mike thank you very much and making me feel like a valued customer, even though I am a first time customer you made me feel special. All your service staff deserves a big thank you for making my “BLACKIE” shine !!!
I want to thank all the people in the sales department that made my new car possible.
I would highly recommend Avenue Nissan for sales and especially service of your new or used car.

I signed a contract on December 12th, 2015 with Avenue Nissan to buy a new Nissan Rogue to be delivered within two weeks as they didn't have any in stock. After many back and forth emails, they cancelled the agreement and returned the advance payment just one day before the delivery date. From my experience with them, I believe they are unreliable, don't honour contract agreements and just give fake smiles to attract customers with no intention to keep any commitments!!!!

For years I was considering to get “a” car, and for many reason I hesitated to do it, but it was until I met Mr. Sherman that I got the NISSAN VERSA 2010! .
As I like to be well informed about any product before to buy it, and I can say with much certainty that it was Mr. Sherman’s knowledge and experience that guided me to do the easier and right decision. Plus he got me a good deal from the dealer.
I really appreciate that NISSAN Avenue dealer has someone like him, so friendly and very committed to his customers. A car is a car, but it needs some like him to make our dreams come true.
