Stevo from Goettle was exceptional with his knowledge and service. He was very attentive and informative. He took his time explaining everything and reasoning as to why he does what he does. I honestly had no idea about majority of everything he explained and showed me. I learned a lot today. Definitely woke me up regarding to make sure I keep up with maintenance on my tankless heater. He quoted me prices on flushing my system which I originally called and ask for, he also provided me with quotes on adding softener, refiner and reverse osmosis for the kitchen. I work for a 5 star property here in Las Vegas and he definitely provided me with amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends & family. Goettl replaced the AC and gas furnace at my elderly mother's house on July 23. The system runs. Almost everything else has been a problem.

Booked for 2:30, estimated to wrap by 7:30. The crew was there past 9:00 PM. I waited in a 97-degree house the whole time and the only status I could get was "it's going" and "almost." I finally called the salesman from the day before just to find out what was happening — a leak they'd been chasing for hours.

During the work an alarm sounded: four beeps, pause, four beeps. I have video. It rang about forty minutes while they installed a gas furnace, and nobody on site could identify it or silence it. There was also an odor. I asked a technician if he smelled it. He said no. I pushed, and he immediately admitted he did.

That evening I asked for a combustion safety check. They committed to it, then and again on the 24th. Nine days later it still isn't scheduled. The furnace they installed has never been fired — it's July — so the first sign of a problem comes on a cold night with my mother asleep in the house.

I've initiated every contact since. By their own call logs they made one unprompted call to me in eight days. When I called this week, the rep hadn't read the notes and didn't know what a combustion safety check is. First date offered was over two weeks out.

The invoice I signed on a tech's phone at 9:30 that night said $12,405. We'd agreed to $16,000, which is what my card was charged. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told to ignore it.

Drywall repair and inspection also still outstanding.

Read the screen before you sign it. Get every promise in writing before the crew leaves. And assume that if you stop calling, nothing happens.

Not sure how to start..I signed up with this company for new ac installation, it took almost 8 hours to put the new ac and they told me they will put my old air filter and grate after installation and promised to finish everything in a day. After 8 hours, they said the heater part of the ac is not matching and they have to order the item and book again. I said okay. Called them 2 days after to book with them to complete installation, they booked the next Saturday (a week after the installation). They called me on Saturday and said the technician will come late after finishing other appointment, I said I will wait. Then they called me back and said technician is not feeling well today and they will come tomorrow. I said fine. Then on Sunday someone came, started working. After 2 hours he said the part they sent is still not working and they need to reorder the part and will schedule with me. I have been waiting for them to do their job, it has been a week, my heater part is not installed, my air filters and old grate ate missing, they opened a hole on my ceiling and nothing has beem fixed yet.

After my 24 year old A/C recently went out I immediately called Goettl. As an Arizona transplant I am so glad we have them here in NV, as they started in the 1930’s in Phoenix, AZ and my late uncle used to work with them as a contractor, so I felt I would be in good hands. I loved the AI digital assistant who initially scheduled my service call, and was delightfully surprised they were running a special with no service call or diagnostic fees. Upon the initial finding Lex was knowledgeable and honest at helping me to choose the best options for replacing my unit. They were able to install my new unit the next day and the installers, Taylor & Taz, were right on time on the dot, got straight to work, were very organized, and clearly had expertise in their profession. They were incredibly courteous, well mannered, and efficient. I love that the Unit was a Goodman brand as they are a US company based in TX, so any future part needs that may arise down the road are easy to acquire. Everything start to finish went smoothly, and I have not dealt with such a truly experienced and efficient company both communication and service in a very long time. I am truly satisfied and Goettl is my go to vendor for all things HVAC and plumbing in the future, and should be your “go to” also!
